These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Knock Nock website (the "Site"), operated by Good Better LLC ("Good Better," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Pre-Launch Information

Knock Nock is a product in development. All product names, descriptions, specifications, imagery, features, availability, and pricing shown on the Site are preliminary, provided for informational purposes only, and subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a binding commitment, or a guarantee of any future product.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, and designs — are owned by or licensed to Good Better LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Knock Nock"™ and the Knock Nock logo are trademarks of Good Better LLC. The underlying Knock Nock technology, including hardware design, bill of materials, RF architecture, and firmware, is patent pending and held as confidential, proprietary trade secrets. No license to any intellectual property is granted by your use of the Site.

Confidential Information & Partner Access

Detailed technical and commercial materials are shared only under a separately executed mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Submitting a partner or investor access request through the Site does not grant you any access to confidential information and does not create any confidentiality obligation on our part until an NDA is executed in writing.

Acceptable Use

Regulatory Notice

Electronic tracking or recovery of game animals may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Better LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
